Everyone knows Barack Obama is popular with the kiddies. “He’s their KFC JFK!” the adults say, and they are probably right. But some of these people are so young they will not even be able to vote for President Obama for re-election in 2012, except in their mock elections — and by then they will want to vote for Ron Paul anyway. (For mayor, they’ll be voting for Larry West.)
PW reporter extraordinaire Alli Katz interviews some kids who support Barack Obama but won’t be able to vote for him next week. Ha ha, stupid kids! What can Obama do for them — they don’t even drive! (As the commercials tell us, Obama will stand up to the oil companies with his giant gun of hope.)
Hillary Clinton immediately called for the punishment of these children by taking away their violent video games.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Tom Corbett went on Good Day Philadelphia yesterday to talk about an investigation, but also made sure to note that on whatever fraud website he was investigating, his crack team of investigators was using names like “Batman” and “Spider-man” and “my favorite, Wile E. Coyote.” Whoo!
Video after the jump.

Eventually, all the people (like me, only less lazy) who had been online nonstop since the early-to-mid 1990s were going to realize they could easily use it to prank people in the real world. They did, and it was good, but eventually they realized they could use it to organize for things they cared about in the real world. And, lo and behold, we had the second real world protest of Scientology over the weekend all over the world, including right here in Philadelphia.
Intrepid reporter Alli Katz captured these Anonymous people rapping against Scientology’s tax breaks. Excellent all around.
Update: There’s now a full video and story up on PW’s website.
Update 2: OMG is Will Smith a Scientologist?!

Erin O’Hearn’s weekly “Right Now On The Net” feature has showcased Brad Maule’s work on Phillyskyline and, last night, it showcased… online dating! This whole segment is worth is just to see the awkward interaction between Jim Gardner and O’Hearn at the end.

Four. That’s the current number of emails you have to send to me in order to get something posted on this website. (Subject to change.) I know, a six-minute Internet video is a bit too long for my ADD-riddled brain, but I was finally able to get through it — man, blogging has ruined my brain — and it was pretty good. Especially the part where the main guy goes, “Honestly, if you like the ducks, I don’t like you.”

Here’s CBS 3’s clip of hot hot hot presidential primary action, including a recap of big news that Joe Biden dropped out of the race, a move nearly 100 percent of political nerds saw coming. Also, I left in the hot current story about Dr. Phil visiting Britney Spears.

Apparently looking to out-do NBC 10’s 4:20 investigation, CBS 3’s Susan Barnett lets us know about a new fad: text messaging! She reports text messaging leaves “little or no record” of the conversation. Speech and phone calls do leave records, apparently.
