A Little Sprucing Up For Fall

Nice, eh? This design’s so fancy it almost makes me want to stop cursing on this blog. (Almost.) After over three years of the same boring look, Philadelphia Will Do has moved to a brand new style with fancy graphics, big giant post titles and a blog publishing system that actually works.

Everything is falling into place for a great fall. Yesterday was the last 90-degree day of the year. The Phillies swept the Brewers to move into a tie for the Wild Card. The Eagles are 1-0 and play Dallas tonight. We all have a chance to catch our breath before the Vince Fumo trial, which will resume next week. And Snurf is now the hottest drug for teens across the country.

Yes, it’s shaping up to be a great fall.

If you have any problems with the new site, please email me. There will be more information about the redesign later this week. For now, simply enjoy this: Your commenting information will be automatically saved. I know for some of you that will be the best news about the new look.

Update: Consider this a work in progress; if you want, email me about anything you think looks weird. We just needed to switch over so I could actually post things and try to do my job. The tech guys did a nice job turning this around so quickly.

Update 2: Yes, don’t worry, the blogroll — does anyone use this term anymore? — will return. All the old links were handcoded, and I was well past overdue in updating the list anyway; I’ll have a big giant update by the end of the week.
