Ghostbusters Investigate Mysterious Orb
You see that image to the right? No, it’s not a poorly exposed photo or one that’s been ruined in a flood. Oh, no, my friends, that photo is of a ghost. Or, rather, an orb. You see, the Phoenixville Library is “haunted,” some say, and so NBC 10 met with Chester County ghostbuster Cindy Starr-Witman to discuss her theories of the haunted stacks. (NBC 10 also capitalizes “Ghostbuster,” as if it were a proper title like “Pope.”) And what evidence do we have for the haunted Phoenixville Library? Well, it’s pretty simple: We have that orb in the photo, and we have a video of a book mysteriously falling off a shelf without human intervention. If that doesn’t mean there are ghosts in the library, well, then I don’t really know how to convince you. Maybe Starr-Witman can:
Indeed, it is definitely something, that orb. As for the falling book, well, NBC 10 does offer an alternate explanation:
Wait, librarians in Phoenixville or librarians in general? ‘Cuz I can deal with one haunted library — the chances of me ending up in the Phoenixville Library are pretty slim — but if all libraries are haunted, then… whoa. It’s a little tough to get your head around. You Decide: Ghosts Caught On Tape? [NBC 10] |
