Officer Killed After Bank Robbery

“Tell my wife I’ll miss her,” Schiller Street residents heard dying Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski say as they went to his side.

Damn, this is sad. Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski was shot to death yesterday following a bank robbery in Port Richmond.
