Curby Bucket And An Army Of Recyclers

This clip from the 4th of July parade is strangely mesmerizing. First there are prison guards, then a fire truck, then a seemingly endless parade of recyclers, who do a dance with their official City of Philadelphia recycling bins.

Then Curby Bucket — the official mascot of recycling, who is called “Kirby Puckett” several times by the hosts — comes out and stands there or something.
