Last night was the first broadcast of the CBS 3 news in HD, from the stations’ new headquarters/murder site at 16th and Spring Garden. As such, I watch it and wanted to list a few of the things I learned.
- ONE SHIIIINING MOOOOO-MEEEENT! Oh, sorry, I’m still watching the NCAA Championship.
- The tourney’s usually all downhill after the first two days, but this year the games didn’t suck until the Final Four. Sorry, I suppose I should get to the news.
- Eyewitness News in HHHHHHHDDDDD!
- Spring is in the air, along with some fog.
- A 21° drop in one hour is incredible!
- The new CBS 3 “Sky Deck” has an “incredible view,” but all I could see it overlooking was the Daily News/Inquirer parking garage.
