The Eagles Don’t Even Know How To Get Injured Correctly

There was no big hit from a linebacker, no helmet-to-the-knee and nothing illegal. Donovan McNabb got injured on the sideline after someone barely touched him. And with that, the Eagles’ season is over. And the “good Eagles” — the one that made the playoffs from 2000-2004, that dominated the league two years ago, that had a bad season last year that was seen as an abberation — might be over with it.

Donovan McNabb is out for 8-to-12 months. And he barely even got hit. Things are bleak in Birdland.
