A Johnstown man was sentenced Tuesday for running an illegal taxi service. [...] A judge sentenced him to 15 months probation and community service. He will also have to pay $900 in fines and is not allowed to operate a cab or even wear a hat that says “Taxi Cab.”

    Oh yeah Joe? Well I happen to have a sombero with a sound device that says “TAXI CAB” like one of them fancy greeting cards. Now I will not be able to wear it, jerks!

    It presents a dilemma: Would you take a ride from someone wearing a talking hat?… My Uncle Mike has one of those ‘Smile If You’re Not Wearing Panties’ hats (very popular in Reading) and I am never comfortable riding in his car.
