Unseasonable Warmth?!?!?!
At the time I write this, it’s already 50 degrees; it’s slated to go up to 65 (!) before we get thunderstorms (!) tonight. So, yes. Unseasonable warmth. This happens at least once or twice a winter season — it was 66 on Dec. 28, if you remember — but everyone freaks out in excitement every single time. It’s like we don’t even remember this happens every year! Ahh, well. I think that’s okay. Enjoy today’s temps in the mid-60s! |

I suppose just like the local news, I will lead with the weather today.
Along with not remembering we get a winter thaw now and then, no one seems to remember that we get frequently have winter weather in winter and everyone freaks out about that, too.
I already have milk, bread, and eggs for Sunday’s maybe possible kind storm.
Gonna be making a lot of french toast.
