I almost forgot! A chunk of the Bellevue fell off the building on Sunday onto Broad Street, leading to the new leading candidate for Philadelphia quote of the year:
When he realized what happened, he couldn’t help but think of the Bellevue’s storied history as the site of the first publicized outbreak of Legionnaires’ Disease.
“This is where Legionnaires’ came out of,” Goldenberg said. “So it’s a dangerous building.”
Who knew it was still dangerous? I guess the Bellevue can join the House of Usher and that house from “The Destructors” as “dangerous buildings.”

That is where the legions of undead will spawn first.
