why am I not surprised Terry Gillen is behind this? Have sex with the future mayor and be rewarded with a patronage job that lets you be a jerk to people years later.
Why does the RDA even exist? I’m fully unaware of any instance where anything actually got redeveloped, as the name would imply. In fact, all I ever hear about it involves favors for political cronies.
I know the two shit-shacks they own by my house are seriously blighted, and would immediately be redeveloped if offered up on the free market.
