Romanians Have Sleeper Basketball Cell

What I like about walking around Center City is noticing different things on streets you walk on every day.

For example, today, I noticed the Romanian consulate has a basketball hoop over its garage.

    How many visas you think they’ve given out between games of hoop and parking wherever they want?

    Consulates are such a scam.
