Bad Timing: Prison EditionMaybe I’m nitpicking here, but on the day when the prison system is sued yet again for overcrowding, the Philadelphia prison system should probably not send out this press release.
Like I wrote, it’s just bad timing and I don’t care what press releases they send out. I’m all for honoring prison workers. However, I think making the conditions better for the inmates, therefore decreasing violence and disease, therefore making the jobs of prison workers better, would be a much better idea. Naw, let’s just paint a few more murals. Or, you know, both? |
