‘Gay News’ Runs Cover Of The Year

Today’s Philadelphia Gay News cover is simply fantastic. PGN publisher Mark Segal tells The Daily Examiner Obama hasn’t spoken to the gay press since 2004, which is “not acceptable” to him.

I suppose this is as good a time as any to remind you that Barack Obama has been on 610 WIP twice in the last month.

I’ll just copy and paste my comment from Wonkette:

As a gay Philadelphian I feel obligated to remind the world that PGN is, at best, birdcage liner.

LOL, will Segal also organize a march to Obama’s campaign headquarters or something?

My puppy pees on PGN every morning when he can’t go outside.

Sometimes late at night he’ll dump a turd right on the Premiere escort ads.

Is that the actual front page? It seems like a lot of white space, as in no words or pictures. They may be good at being gay, but I’m not so sure they’re good at making newspapers.
