Oh no, Chuckles the giraffe died! What’s going to be even wackier is when the Philly.com staff has to attend Puzzles’ funeral and the one staffer who didn’t get why it’s funny suddenly can’t stop laughing during the service.


That was the lead yesterday. Never let anybody tell you Philadelphia is a big city again. The top story was Puzzles the giraffe’s death. While it’s not the lead today, this is on a front page tab today:

I love the caption. “He started wrestling because of Ric Flair and now may end his career.” Yes, if Ric Flair loses this match, I am sure he will never wrestle again. With the way wrestling goes, there is more of a chance Flair will wrestle after he loses the same night at WrestleMania than him not wrestling again.
