Obama To Speak On (Uh-Oh) Race

Today at the National Constitution Center, Barack Obama will give a speech about his race. Judging by how well Mitt Romney’s Mormon speech went over earlier in this campaign, I can only assume this will clinch the nomination for Hillary Clinton.

Obama is an excellent orator at times, even though we’re not allowed to say that because it might be racist. But can he actually speak about race in America without being called a racist? Some “professor of race and pop culture” at “the University of Southern California” told ABC News: “We’ve never really had a proper discussion about race and racism in this society so when comments come about as they have throughout this campaign we really don’t know how to act.” Ha ha, good luck, Obama!

All of this stems from the earlier race issues in the campaign, like when Bill Clinton said white people drive like this, and black people drive like that. But Obama’s pastor, Rev. Wacky, said some wacky things like we shouldn’t be throwing everybody in jail. Obama has apparently already “condemned” this quote: “The government gives them drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants to sing ‘God Bless America. No, no, no, not ‘God Bless America’ — ‘God Damn America.’” This makes sense, of course, as Barack Obama wants to keep putting black people in prison for drug crimes at a rate ridiculously higher than that of white people.

ABC News says Obama has a “postracial” appeal and his speech will be about moving past race. I fear that somehow this speech will end in only one thing: President John McCain. Ohh, WALNUTS!

Obama’s Race Speech to Stress Moving On [ABC News]

When the Daily Breeze of Torrance, Calif.:reported on Ferraro’s statement as follows “If Barack H. Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position. And if he was a woman (of any color), he would not be in this position. He happens to be very lucky to be who he is. And the country is caught up in the concept.”
I strongly believe Ms. Ferraro has every right to make this point! This is not necessarily about race however, it is about sexism, Barack H. Obama is Black out of sheer convenience, he is after all white as well (biracial). There is a concept it is purely “Cult Revival” and ALL Americans may wake up too late! David Axelrod has some nerve commenting on race issues; what was he doing when the following happened? Winking and Nodding? Barack H. Obama claims to run a shipshape and clean campaign; then why did the NY Post report that at his Iowa win over Hillary, Obama and Michelle, his wife, showed up on stage while Jay-Z’s “99 Problems” was blasting. In it, Jay raps, “I got 99 problems, but a bitch ain’t one.”
It is very transparent the reference was to Hillary. I do not think he meant his wife or any other female in his circle. The Clintons may use his past experience and lack thereof, however they have not used this type of derogatory disrespectful innuendo. Not very CHRISTIAN of Barack H. Obama and his wife Michelle now is it?
You must give the American people credit they know who meant what and who said what.
Since the release of the story regarding Barack H. Obama’s pastor; they have installed a younger man more in tune with the times; speaking as eloquent as Barack H. Obama, however if you listen close you still hear the undertone of the previous reverend’s message… Are their supposed programs helping and reaching out to all races or only the Black community? If this is so then they are racist and they are the dividers not the uniters as Barack H. Obama likes to think and say of himself.

“I FOUND A SOLACE IN NURSING A PERVASIVE SENSE OF GRIEVANCE AND ANIMOSITY AGAINST MY MOTHER’S RACE”
    in Barack H. Obama’s own words……
    His mother was white.

From “Dreams of my Father”, Page 108 “I’ll tell you why. Because it makes me feel important. Because I like the applause. It gives me a nice, cheap thrill. …
Barack H. Obama was discussing why he likes giving speeches. Does he really think Americans are this stupid??

    Wise men talk because they have something to say;
fools, because they have to say something. Plato

The partisan, when he is engaged in a dispute, cares nothing about the rights of the question, but is anxious only to convince his hearers of his own assertions. Plato

Two old sayings that ring true..
“People will know you by the company you keep,” my mother told me.

“So, be very careful how you choose your friends, because a person’s most valuable possession is his reputation, and once lost, a reputation is nearly impossible to restore.”

    Enough said!!

Nice to hear the historic story! but Obama is done!
I do not know how is his white volunteers still working for him? Aren’t they ashamed of what his pastor think of them?
Sitting through “anti american” sermons and declaring his church as “not particularly contraversal” all these are
concious decisions that Obama made with his “Judgement”.

More over he lied to american several times now. “He said meeting did not happen” on NAFTA, later after the memo was produced,
he said he was not aware of the meeting then!
he said he was not aware of Pastor’s remarks, He said he was not present in church on the days these remarks were made.
Now he says he sat through the sermons… rediculous!

We cannot trust this guy any more!
Its laughable to see obama supporters portrait as intelligent on blogs jumping up and down throwing positive twists! but my friends, damage is done! You got to think once again!

MSNBC is now slobbering over him but CNN is worse! Every single person they have on as a guest is a avid Obama supporter. All we hear is most wonderful speech ever that will cure all ills and resolve all issues forever more.

What I heard was a good speech that was frank but filled with the right words for his voting base that he is losing ground in. Not much in there for people who are not already his supporters. In fact his closing part about vote for me or go down the wrong path was horrible.

The speech didn’t address the real issues with Barack Obama on these stories that are coming to light and finally getting long over due coverage. The issue is not his growing list of associates that could cause one to pause and raise an eyebrow but rather it is his avoidance to address hard questions at all. Senator Obamas usual first response is always a charming ambiguous answers. We do not like the fact that we have to count on the media to ask the same set of question 2 or 3 times before we get a answer that is clear and straight forward and not some charming ambiguous response.

He has had a rumored reputation of avoid hard questions and issues and he is proving that to be true. He really was gone during the hard vote or voted present on them. That is of more concern to me then the growing list of associates that raise your eyebrow, although that does concern me also but more for electable reasons then anything else.

In no way was this speech as good as the I have a dream speech, even though the people on MSNBC & CNN think so. Here is why, it was a political repair speech. The first part was good and had substance but then he quickly went to pandering for his support base. By the middle of the speech he was so busy hitting us with the right words to reaffrim his voting base to make it anything more then a self serving politcal press release. The ending was incredible selfish and horrible. For him to have the gall to bascially say Vote for me or you will be chosing to go down the wrong path was a total self pandering statement. The convention speech was a victory for all people with no agenda needed or added.

IS OBAMA FAILING TO WIN BECAUSE OF RACE?
Interesting article, however it would be even more interesting to see the same kind of analysis if the black candidate was Colin Powell, or Condelza Rice. If the black candidate had more experience, and didn’t vote present over 100 times … was not so far to the left … did not propose such radical changes to our society, such as a socialistic agenda … did not have negative associations, such as 20 years tied to a Reverend Wright, and other radicals … Threw his close friend of 20 years under the bus for personal gain …did not have a Muslim name, father and step father, just 6 years after 9-11, and while America, and it’s allies is in the midst of constant attacks from murderous Muslim terrorists … was properly vetted from the beginning … did not enjoy such overwhelming biased favoritism from the media … did not arrogantly create his own Presidential seal … did not disrespect historical American institutions, and traditions, as a way of selling his Change message … did not use accusations of race in response to every opposing argument … did not flip flop on important issues … chose Hillarry as his running mate … as well as several other substantive factors.
