While You Were Reading This, Somebody Purchased A New HDTV (And A Warranty!) With Your Credit Card
Hey, are you a Commerce Bank customer? Well, whoops, an employee issued personal information to an outside party. The company says a small amount of its 3 million customers were affected. Of course, even if you avoid that, you might not be able to avoid a credit card skimmer, which was recently installed on a Wawa ATM in Delaware. A skimmer was attached to the ATM’s card reader; it transmitted information to outside parties who then clone the bank cards and withdraw money. “If someone steals your information and all your monty”
Typo or Fruedian Slip?
Actually, I was watching Let’s Make A Deal while writing this post.
they talked about that thing about the scanner this morning on good day philadelphia, and the cop was like, ‘you can tell these things, because they’re taller and wider, and more obscure than a regular card swiper.’
uh, what?
Being from Dallas Tx,I was beginning to think that we were the only city experiencing this, especially when I know of someone who was playing cards with a couple of ladies that he barely knew at his apartment. They ordered pizza, and when the delivery guy showed up, he trusted one of his guest to pay for the order while he stayed in the back room with the other guest. Days later when he checked his bank account,he found a lot of activity had taken place on his credit card. The rest is history. Although he caught it in time and was able to prosecute one of the ladies, how many people do you think are not as lucky. This can destory your credit and your future.Peace Out..AKA Credit Wizard.http://beacon850.blogspot.com/
