Sheep Wanders Off Wrong El Stop, Captured In Kenzo
This morning, a sheep got lost on its way to work (at Comcast), wandered off the wrong El stop and was found wandering in Kensington. Someone first spotted the sheep at around 5:30, according to the Associated Press. “Police chased the sheep down several streets,” the AP report says. “Each time the officers cornered it, the determined animal managed to escape.” There are only two explanations for this: One, sheepfighting. (That seems pretty unlikely.) Two, this is part of Brian Tierney’s new “flying sheep” newspaper promotion. Update: A reader — okay, my mom — emails: “With all the retail outlets pushing the Christmas season so early, I think the sheep wandered away from an early nativity scene.” |
