War Supporters Adopt Lofty Rhetoric

The great thing about this country is the freedom to say whatever you want. We Americans have the right to protest anything; with more voices added to the debate, the political discourse shall be elevated.

Such is the case in West Chester, where peace groups have been protesting the Iraq War like every weekend. Rich Davis, a Navy vet, decided he wanted to protest for the war, and he told the newspaper, “The reason I’m here is that [they're] here every week, which I think is protest abuse.”

Protest abuse! And recently, the pro-war group came up with this oh-so-clever chant:

“Hey hey, ho ho, stinking hippies have got to go!” they proclaimed.

And the Iraq War went on forever and ever and ever.

Yeah, if only they could be classy like the anti-war camp and stage a “vomit-in” http://tinyurl.com/7uyj

It would appear that neither left nor right has a monopoly on stupidity.

To the person who said it was “So 68″, you’re right.

One of the speakers at the previous Saturday’s United for Peace and Justice rally led them in a chant of “68….68…68….”. That was the Hip-Hop Rev Lennox, who wears a Che belt buckle that did that.

Funny how this reporter failed to note that we took the hippies to task for not endorsing a cease fire, not asking both sides to stop.

One old hippie broad said it wasn’t her fault, that I needed to stop supporting Bush. Really? She knows that because? She believe that my kid on active duty deserves to be at risk because of her perception of my political beliefs? How peacelike of her.

That the War Is Not The Answer signs are provided by the Friends Council on National Legislation, who evacuated it’s headquarters building in DC on 9/11. These “Quakers” were 3 miles from the Pentagon, yet not one went to help the wounded, resuce anyone trapped or even comfort the dying.

One of the “peaceniks” said the Pentagon deserved it because that’s were wars starts.

Karen Porter is a ANSWER organizer and ANSWER supports UNCONDITIONALLY, “the resistance”.

She’s listed as an endorser of the Troops Out Now Coalition, who’s leader Larry Holmes BRAGS about travelling to Italy and meeting with the Iraqi resistance.

Search YouTube for “Iraqi Resistance” or “Iraq Resistance” and see them killing American troops.

  9. Hector Says: Nov 6 11:14 AM

The leader of the Chester County Peace Movement who is responsible for these “Peace Vigils” is an organizer for A.N.S.W.E.R. who in a flyer they had out call for the unconditional support of the “Iraqi resistance”. Just google the phrase “Counter-revolution & Resistance in Iraq” and read the last paragraph. Does anyone for peace unconditionally support the Iraqi resistance when it kills American troops?

Karen Porter, in her Chetsr County Peace Movement capacity, is also listed as an endorser is listed as an endorser of the Troops Out Now Coalition. At the recent TONC protest in Washington, TONC leader Larry Holmes bragged that he recently met with the Iraqi resistance in Italy.

Karen Porter and the gropus she works for and supports have taken sides in this war who is killing Americans. There is no peace sign big enough to hide her treason and the shame of betraying those young people who gave their lives to defend her.
