Update: Perhaps these guys are the hackers who shut down those crime cameras.

    Actually, I guess it’s supposed to refer to the 4chan post from some idiot that said there would be bombings of a bunch of NFL stadiums on the last day of Ramadan. This led to a warning from the DHS, because people apparently have the intelligence of donuts.
