Finally, Daniel McQuade Meets Another Human BeingI woke up to KYW 1060 this morning and heard a radio anchor say, “People who run blogs and podcasts are going to be doing the unthinkable today: Meeting in person!” Ha ha! Get it: Because we’re all shut-ins with no friends and/or social lives. Hmm, actually, that’s me to a tee. Plus, I’ve looked and felt awful all week, so this is a good time to meet people, I’m sure. Anyway, the point: Today and tomorrow is the BlogPhiladelphia conference, and I’ve managed to do the unthinkable (for me): Remember that the BlogPhiladelphia conference is today and tomorrow! However, I assume this thing has Wi-Fi, so I’m going to be able to post while I’m there. If anyone asks, I’ll be “liveblogging BlogPhiladelphia,” when in reality I’m going to be posting about creepy college professors and trying to find a fat dog so I can get on TV in Europe. |
