Kids In Haddonfield Are Disgusting

052907haddonfield.gif

According to a column this weekend by Monica Yant Kinney, here’s what happened at a March party of teenagers in Haddonfield:

  • Somebody took a dump on the piano.
  • Somebody “loaded a Super Soaker with urine and sprayed everything in sight.”
  • Guys ejaculated onto stuffed animals.

Sounds like a good time, huh?

Later, somebody downloaded photos off of Facebook or whatever and sent them to the mayor and schools chief of Haddonfield. They showed Haddonfield High students “so proud of their partying, so unconcerned with reprisal, that they put hundreds of images on the Internet.” (Nobody tell Monica Yant Kinney about Facebook or Flickr or Myspace or even Yahoo! Photos.) Anyway, now these kids are forever immortalized in a slideshow the mayor’s bringing around to tell people kids drink and how he was “blown away by the boldness” of the photos.

I always thought that when people have parties, photos are taken. And now with digital cameras, instead of prints of 18 year olds playing suck and blow, there are digital photos of 18 year olds drinking. But no matter. This should all blow over soon, thanks to these stellar ideas to stop kids from drinking:

Ideas are trickling in - such as no-cut athletics (to keep high school students from having any free time for crime) and a coffeehouse teens can call their own (to get them hooked on a legal stimulant).

I can’t wait ’til next year when Haddonfield’s caffeine-addicted high schoolers go 0-27 in basketball due to their 53-person roster.

i think it’s great to see the Haddonfield tradition of Hiding the Duke alive and well. As one of the originators of the Upper Decker (ducing in the upper part of the toilet) and the Steamin’ Irene (too gross to explain)I can tell you that this is harmless fun that creates commraderie with fellow students!

  2. Anonymous Says: May 29 3:26 PM

Being a former teacher back in the late 80’s, 90’s at HMHS, I have to say that I am not in the least surprised in this current state of RUDE behavior. These students believe they are above the rules and regulations that govern the rest of society.
I can recall one student who not only hurled a volleyball at the back of my head when I wasn’t looking, but also made fun of the fact that I wear a toupee in front of the whole student body! They’re ANIMALS!

  3. Larry Billner Says: May 29 4:02 PM

Hello??? If any of you had ever been to Haddonfield you’d realize that these little rich kids are filled with a healthy level of entitlement. Whose to say that just because they’re rich, they can’t act out like normal kids. I think that since they’re rich, not only should they act out, but that we should turn a blind eye. I mean for serious… we’ll probably be working for these disgusting kids one day anyway.

  4. Milk Man Says: May 29 4:07 PM

I hear that poo in the piano is quite an exquisite decor nowdays. It’s the Pottery Barn end table of 2007.

  5. Larry Billner Says: May 29 4:23 PM

I have found out that Monica Yant Kinney, the writer of article, is from the adjoining Haddon Township. In the 80’s there was a rumble between the two towns and Monica got beat up by one of the Egans. Seems like some bruises don’t heal.

  6. Anonymous Says: May 29 4:38 PM

I also heard that when Monica had a party back in high school, someone pulled the “Pizza Delivery” trick. That’s where you bring a pizza box with a duke in it, put the pizza box in the oven and heat it to 350 degrees. It apparently stunk up her parents house for three weeks and she’s always suspected someone from Haddonfield as the culprit.

  7. Larry Billner Says: May 29 5:15 PM

This news does not surprise me. I have to drive through Haddonfield every day for work and its like driving through a ghetto with nice houses. These kids throw pee/snow balls with rocks in them at my car. Beware of Lafayette street. Also, stop by Irene’s for a free one.

  8. Victoria Spinanger Says: May 29 5:29 PM

I think this kind of immature behavoir has been going on in Haddonfield for too long! I attended school in Haddonfield and was subjected to this crass and disgusting behavior throughout my childhood. Back when I was in in 6-2, I was made fun of for wearing a girdle! I think they were simply jealous of my good looks and intimidated by my intellect!

  9. Peter B. Says: May 29 5:33 PM

I can’t believe this type of behavior was going on when I was in high school. I guess I was too busy with my musicals and man-crushes.

  10. John Irish Says: May 29 6:04 PM

This type of behavior is simply horrible and unacceptable. I was a graduate of HMHS and the gatherings that I had at my parents home were always small, supervised, and respectful. What does this new type of behavior say about our small unassuming community of Haddonfield? It’s shocking and embarrissing! These “parties” were never a problem in Haddonfield before. Throughout the 70’s 80’s and 90’s drinking and partying was never an issue in this town. This new behavioral trend should certaily be investigated.

I’ve actually come to find people from Haddonfield to be quite warm and caring. A fewr years back, when I was younger and prettier, I happened to have the fortune of dating two men from Haddonfield at the same time - the Red Rider and the Bopper - and they were both extremely affectionate and loving.

    Sincerely,

    Tessa

Being a former student back in the late ’80s, early ’90s at HMHS, I can ascertain that Anonymous more than likely deserved whatever ridicule came his way. Too bad the volleyball didn’t knock your rug off.

But yeah…spoiled rich kids suck. I hated every second in that town.

  19. anonymous22 Says: May 29 10:43 PM

I’m glad that all of you have decided to judge Haddonfield based on an article that outlines the antics of twenty kids on one night. I think it is true that kids in Haddonfield do party hard and excessively, and that this particular party was way out of line, but I do not believe it is fair for you all to stereotype HMHS students all as the type that go to these parties. We are used to the generalizations that we are rich and spoiled… although they are cruel, immature and completely unnecessary we learn to accept these statements early on in our scholastic careers. We are also used to the fact that our town is known as a drinking town. However, what HMHS kids know that other towns don’t is that in reality there are a lot of kids in our school who do not drink or go to these parties. We also know that this party that is exemplified in the article is the only one of the kind that has occurred, which gives light for it to be highlighted, i suppose, but also proves an unfair supposition on the author’s behalf. We acknowledge that we drink a lot. Many students will come right out and say we have a problem, and it’s true. But we are not all like the select “depraved” kids described in this article. Not at all. I think if any of you actually attended Haddonfield, you would find, despite the few instances explained on this page, that the majority of HMHS students are respectful mature students, who, like any other kids, can slip up from time to time, but are for the most part well-behaved, maybe even moreso than other schools. I don’t see how it is possible to dwell on the drinking problem at Haddonfield when clearly we are not the only ones and we are not the worst ones. Especially to lump all of us in with a small group of students who i am disgusted to go to school with.

  20. david Says: May 30 12:38 AM

I attended Haddonfield. You’re full of shit. The kids were out-of-control drinkers then and it’s an ongoing problem. Take off the blinders and face the reality in your idyllic little town. There are of course exceptions, but in my experience, the ‘respectful, mature’ population of that school system was in a distinct minority. Haddonfield is a place of ruthless elitism and it’s no wonder the kids there have no sense of ethics or conscience. Right, but if the same thing went on in Camden, we’d hear how depraved the ghetto-dwellers are. That’s the kicker, eh? Makes you see what a load of crap class stereotypes are.

  21. Pump Up the Volume Says: May 30 1:53 AM

Since when is it wrong to spooge on stuffed teddy bears! Personally I think they’re just rich kids rebelling against materialism by defecating on it and all it represents. I say the children of Haddonfield are on the front lines of a new rebellion against a corrupt establishment and its worship of material things. I call out to all the kids and world and scream, “Yes! Pee on the walls of the conformist cell you live in, and poo in the piano of inequality and spread your love guppys on the teddy bears of the republican party. Talk hard!

  22. the darkness Says: May 30 4:50 PM

Why all this talk about entitlement and “rich” kids. Haddonfield is far from a rich town- maybe rich for south jersey- but it’s not even considered rich in a 90 mile radius. Get out once in awhile, drop the rich kid argument.

  23. The Enlightened Says: May 30 5:33 PM

That’s just something that poor people say Mr. Darkness! Don’t be a player hater… BTW, I need a good pool cleaner. Please send you mother over with her knee pads.

  24. Anonymous Says: May 30 11:28 PM

I currently attend HMHS and while I think that the drinking problem has gotten out of hand, I don’t feel that it’s fair to stereotype all of Haddonfield’s Teens as drinkers because of a stupid mistake that a freshman girl made. The fact is, a lot of the kids in our school actually care about their academics and would rather be doing something more productive than waste their time doing that. Why is our whole school at blame for what a freshman girl did? I agree that this is not just a “kids will be kids” moment, but seriously, who would entrust their house key to a friend, knowing very well what would occur.

Also, why is it such a big deal that it occured in Haddonfield? Take a look at any other suburban town and they have just as many issues as we do. Too often are we chastised for being “snobby and rich”, which is why this is such a juicy story.

I think that it’s unfair that the school as a whole is being criticized, when the majority (myself included), did not even attend this party. I mean, come on. “Teens Gone Wild”? They couldn’t find a better story?

  25. hmhsstudent Says: May 30 11:31 PM

I got to HMHS and just like to point out that this was a freshmen party, and not everyone in the school is as stupid as they were and are. Sure, there are parties, and i would agree the drinking in our town had gotten out of hand, but that doesn’t make us any more special than any other typical suburban town. To all those who talk shit about us, give it up, maybe you’re just too blind to recognize the same thing is going on in your town. Also, its just sick that many of the parents of the kids (everyone at the school knows who they are) haven’t even punished them or made any attempt to remedy the situation. Thats the most twisted part of the story. Stop constantly pointing your fingers at the kids and just look at the parents. These people have engaged in the most repulsive acts that resulted from that night. And as one of the majority of kids who were not at that party, it sucks that Kinney has made such broad generalizations about the student body. A freshman girl and her friends are not everyone in haddonfield, and maybe they should actually be punished instead of those not even involved.

    Funny.

Nice touch, with the John Irish. Hell, I was at that party at Alluvium — took a 4-man cleaning crew to get his house back together.

  27. Anonymous Says: May 30 11:41 PM

    No.

    Just no.

No is what I say to these kids who decided to ruin a house along with their personal reputations and the reputaion of a town.

But, no is also what I say to all of these criticisms of Haddonfield and the students at Haddonfield Memorial High School.

Honestly, this is an extreme case, and that’s all it is. There’s no need to bash the town for the stupid moves of a few underclassmen who went out of control. As a student at HMHS, I’m not fond of the opinions that are coming out of this discussion.

Drinking is a problem in virtually every town you go to. It’s a problem that is not easily solved, as it is such a widely ACCEPTED problem. Just don’t use an extreme case to judge a complete situation that covers so much ground.

Guys, some of you are probably the parents of the more than 85 kids who were on the property who did not get charged. It was not just 15 who witnessed and participated. Those of you who are smashing Monica, too are disgusting. Maybe you are trying to get back at the family who is doing what is right. Parents don’t want their kids to be responsible for their acts. Naughty Johnny, did you learn your lesson. I grew up in Haddonfield and I was supervised and trained. My parents made me pay for my behavior and I turned myself around by high school. This happens everywhere. Tish fight for what is right. Make those parents and their bratty kids pay and the other 85 who didn’t ‘fess up, I hope you not consider having children because you will just add to the sad group that entered this house and their lack of responsibility.

  32. Haddonfield Mom Says: May 31 11:08 AM

I hope all the Haddonfield HS kids who think they are so “normal” realize that what happened at that party is anything but that. When you google now for news on Haddonfield what comes up is “Haddonfield Kids are Disgusting”. I agree 100% that the parents of the kids involved should be ashamed to walk down the street in this town. In fact, I think people should be naming names if they have them. If I find out my son was at that house, he’ll be grounded til he is 18. For anyone in Haddonfield hassling the parents who were victimized by these brats, I hope all their names get around too. They’ll be outnumbered as far as the support they get on that issue. It reminds me of the Abu Ghraib prison scandal and how the guy that reported it had to leave his unit in Iraq because he didn’t assist in the cover-up. It is beyond sickening. I think most parents here think Haddonfield is some safe utopia so they can let the kids just go out and they’ll be fine. What they don’t realize is other parents don’t lock their booze up, and they let their kids run wild with no supervision whatsoever. Now with cell phones and IM the kids can swarm your house as soon as they know you’ve walked out the door. I hope they come down on these kids hard or everyone that lives here better make sure their alarm system is on when they go out. I have to say too that, for the most part, the comments by the students here are nauseating. We had parties in HS but no one would have even considered doing what these kids did. It is obvious the whole student body thinks this is normal behavior. The kids who did this had no respect for this family whatsoever, no fear of reprisal, no sense of responsibility or maturity, and they should be forced into psychiatric counseling and their parents along with them. I hope that anyone who knows names prints out these news articles and sends an anonymous letter to any colleges these kids end up going to so they can be alerted in advance that they have a sociopath coming to their school. The whole thing has completely changed how I feel about living in Haddonfield.

Sorry to tell you “yourwrong1″ but I do have a student at Haddonfield HS so I know exactly what I’m talking about. The problem is that you seem to think everyone is “jealous” of you but what they really think is - like this article says - that the kids in Haddonfield are disgusting. You prove perfectly how little respect you and your classmates have for anyone or anything. The way most of you act is an embarrassment to everyone that lives here.

  38. durdurdur Says: Jun 1 1:59 PM

I really think these kids are cool and more adult due to their defication on a piano. I was at a party once where some young lad took a poo on a fellas bagpipes. Granted there was a fight afterward but respect was gained. I feel there isn’t enough poo on instruments these days.

  39. someone123 Says: Jun 3 9:21 PM

im a student at hmhs and yah we party alot and this was one party where it got out of hand. But not all parties are like that and so many other schools drink alot also. dont just single us out because were from haddonfield. its not fair at all. atleast we dont have all these kids doing coke and heroine and all these other hard drugs. we drink, so do alot of teenagers yes its bad but alot of kids know their limits. everybody acts like it never happens. and all the parents and teachers who are saying its bad to drink, you all drank when you were in highschool. so i think the news and everybody needs to stop like we are the only people doing this stuff when there are other towns doing the same thing and having worse parties where girls end up getting raped and stuff is put in eachothers drinks and what not. so leave our town alone. we have enough to deal with right now, its a very emotional time for us and you guys are making it even harder for us. also that lady in the article was being completely rude for bringing up jt. she had no right to bring that up or she should of said it alot more respectfully.

  41. MC Says: Jun 3 9:49 PM

I currently attending HMS. (Haddonfield Middle School) and am already seeing behavior like this at a lower level. events like Rec Hall hosted every month at the Middle School are out-of-control with fights and screaming and things related. Many students are already “going out”, otherwise known as a non-serious relationship that usally last all of 10 days. Boys become semi-depressed, when girls move on to their 20th boy of the school year. These 2 events that take place will eventually escalate into out of control paries like this or even as we recently saw, SUICIDE. We need to evaluate these types of things that are going on, and stop puting up this crap that kids will be kids.

  42. someone123 Says: Jun 3 10:05 PM

MC, middle school relationships arent a big deal and those boys who are depressed dont care in like 2 weeks. and it doesnt not lead to suicide, and about jt nobody knows what happend that night or if he committed suicide. he was probably scared and thought by jumping off the bridge he would be able to get away from the cops and was not think straight at all

  43. Resident Says: Jun 4 11:07 AM

OK, can we be honest and just admit that what happened at that party on Maple Avenue was more than just a drinking party? Can you please just have the decency to stop defending what happened like it’s going on in every other neighborhood around America? It’s not. What those kids did is beyond disgusting, and it’s given you a reputation you’re going to have a hard time living down. You can probably find more than a few people that will have to admit to OCCASSIONAL underage drinking when they were young, but boy did we have to sneak around! You guys brag about the drinking problem here like it’s something to be proud of. Do you understand that what you did was talked about all over this area, and even made news overseas? If it was so “normal” do you think it would have gotten that reaction? Do you even care about how that family must have felt when they came home? How would you feel, would you think it was a joke if someone (”friends”)did that to your house? I’m having a hard time understanding some of the posts by the kids here, and I just want to let you know that I have NEVER (please read that and understand it) heard of anything like what happened at that party. It isn’t just about drinking underage, which shouldn’t be considered OK - like you seem to think it is. It’s about what those kids did, how they behaved literally like animals (and that’s not something to be proud of). It’s about how now they seem to think they shouldn’t have any consequences for it. All the kids here that are posting and acting like it doesn’t matter are just making it even more obvious how bad the problem really is. There’s a lot of people talking about this here in Haddonfield, and everyone is pretty upset. When you cross so far over the line don’t expect the whole town to cut you some slack. I really don’t think that’s going to happen. Please remember too that it’s because caring about you doesn’t mean that we have to always tell you that the mistakes you make are OK. This is way beyond what’s normal or acceptable and I guess I just really hope that you understand that.

  44. Jason Wisdom Says: Jun 6 9:41 AM

I think everyone is missing the point. The real issue here is that these teenagers in Haddonfield are under an extraordinary amount of pressure. The academic standard that children are expected to maintain in this town is far and away much greater than their counterparts in other surrounding communities. There HAS to be a way for these bright young children to relieve the stresses of their daily lives. So they take a poop in a piano or masturbate on a loveable teddy-bear. Is that really so terrible? Is this truly a big deal??? We as the adults have to nurture our children’s activities and free spirit, not criticize or condemn it!! So go ahead and urinate, masturbate, and deficate wherever you fancy, future leaders of tomorrow! I will glady hold the toilet paper for you!

  45. Diggy Says: Jun 6 12:58 PM

I have a solution that will stop these Haddonfield animals and their wilding ways. Make a deal with Haddon Heights to have all of the Lawnside kids go to HMHS. The inclusion of these students will help show the little Haddonfield monsters what life is like on the other side of the tracks.

  46. Paul Baker Says: Jun 6 3:54 PM

I’d like to respond to Resident’s posting…how about I come over your house, poo in your piano, make love to your stuffed animals and give your walls a golden shower? you might enjoy it!

  47. Shlomo Says: Jun 6 11:42 PM

I’d like to address Jason Wisdom’s so called wisdom. You think that just because these kids are rich and white they deserve to break the law. how could you possibly condone such a thing. And why the slander against Jews. They had nothing to do with this. I think you’re the real enemy and not the children of my town. You and the terrorists. I’ll tell you what. This is why the terrorists hate us. Cause we’re free to make love to Mr. Wisdom’s teddy bears at a party while urinating in Wisdom’s loafers. How would you like it if I came and dropped a chocolate dragon in your mouth, Wisdom. These kids are good kids…. you antisemite.

  48. Jason Wisdom Says: Jun 7 10:17 AM

  49. shlomo Says: Jun 7 10:00 PM

Wisdom, I’m assuming you’re a douchebag, in which case you must live in a cardboard box outside the Starbucks on King’s Highway, so that you can tell people you live in Haddonfield. You probably even have an address on the outside of your box so you can get mail. You probably can’t even afford to send your kids to Haddonfield’s fine public schools. The reason you think its okay to vandalize people’s homes while they are not home, is because you can always get a new home when someone throws out a refrigerator box. Gross, you probably smell like pee. Here’s a nickel, now move to Newark.

  50. shlomo Says: Jun 7 10:07 PM

Wisdom, I’m assuming you are a idiot, in which case you more than likely live in cardboard box in front of the Starbucks on Haddon Ave. You probably even have an address written on the box so you can receive mail there. And males there. The reason you think its okay to defecate in someone’s home is because you live in the box. Can’t wait for trash day to find a new home, huh? I bet you can’t even afford to send your kids to Haddonfield’s public school. Ew, gross, you probably smell like pee. Do me a favor, here’s a nickel and a washcloth. Please, move to Newark.

This was someone’s house…it could have been yours. Have some human emotion and some empathy for once in your bubble of a life and try to understand how you would feel if this happened to you. And then to top it off, the parents of the offending students showed no accountability and harrassed you for reporting the crime to the police and a rich lawyers downgraded what happened to you and your personal space. You would be freaked out!! This doesn’t paint the town with a scarlett letter, but if you defend racism, practice racism or joke about racism, then you are a racist. This is no different. 85 kids were somewhere they shouldn’t have been…that happens everywhere. But the 15-20 who did the things described are sick little children that need some serious help…accountability for their actions is a good start.

Shlomo, you’re right. I do live in a cardboard box. But it’s not on Kings Highway, it’s in Crows Woods. And your mother lives in the box with me. Sometimes, I have to give her a rap in the beater for takng dumps inside our box, but other times, she’s a good servant to my needs.

  54. blumpkin Says: Jun 11 12:33 AM

Shlomo, you are right. I need human emotions. This could have been my house that got wrecked and I should take that into consideration. What about the natural biologic processes that you are neglecting to mention though? I know we need to experience the whole spectrum of human emotions but come on? You cant live without excretion. All these kids did was simply “follow in their fathers footsteps.” We evolved from monkeys, monkeys crap anywhere so it was only natural for these kids to shit all over the piano and urinate on the walls. As for the ejaculation on the bears, care bears are being made with scantily clad outfits nowadays. I would be surprised if you could resist blowing your load on funshine bear.

  55. sofakingcool Says: Jun 11 1:03 AM

The point you’re all missing is that these sick perverted children, who have been spoon-fed everything since they were infants, are probably going to escape this. Their parents are rich and rich people have a lot of money to throw at defense attorneys and courts and they also have a lot of connections “in the state house” so to speak. I sincerely hope that these parents would wise up (I know at least one of them hasn’t because her son was bragging about what he had done at a baseball game and she was not even the least bit angered by this). I grew up in Haddonfield, I live in Haddonfield, I know Haddonfield Memorial High School and a lot of the students that go there. Most of them would agree this is unbelieveable. Most of them want people to think that we’re a drinking town because they think that’s cool, but we’re not, most of these kids work relentlessly at school and don’t have time to really get ripped. They want to seem cool because they have a lot of self-image, self-confidence, and self-esteem issues. Now some jerkoff is going to write an asinine response about spacedocking or portugese flapjacks or rusty trombones to make a joke out of this situation, but that person really is insecure about how people are portraying the town they love because of a few juvenile delinquents. If you think I’m wrong, I’m not. ;)

  56. Hot Carl Says: Jun 11 9:50 AM

I think you are wrong, and you are. Sure, I believe the kids should not get off for this sort of behavior. If I said I didnt care you could call me Mrs. Melzi. But as for your comment “I grew up in Haddonfield, I live in Haddonfield, I know Haddonfield Memorial High School and a lot of the students that go there.” Well I’ve lived in Haddonfield my whole life, graduated HMHS, and know a lot more kids at the school than you probably do. I dont care how the media spins or portrays this town and I KNOW a lot of the student body doesnt care because they know that it is false. As for self-esteem issues, self-image issues, and self-confidence issues, they have nothing to do with this fucking story. Kids are going to feel bad about themselves and their image because of some disgusting party? doubtful. Maybe the kids that did the sick and twisted things but not the rest of the 800 some students at HMHS. You rip people for joking about this story cause you think we are insecure about our image when you go under the name “blumpkin.” Who is the fucking mature one now?

  57. Anonymous Says: Jun 11 3:35 PM

    when’s the next party?

  58. Big Sausage Pizza Says: Jun 11 3:56 PM

Let’s all remember that the party in question lasted less than an hour. Are you saying these kids had time to get smashed and still jazz all over some teddy bears? Let’s not blame this on the alcohol people, let’s blame this on how damn awesome these Haddonfield kids are, because defecating on pianos is one the classier things I can think of.

  59. Anonymous Says: Jun 11 6:20 PM

I wish someone would do something about the freshmen class. Everyone thought that the seniors were horrible, but clearly the freshmen showed them up. Congrats to that group of students on being the most disgusting people in the school, and i hate having to deal with the burden of association with them. Those kids are not the entire student body and are in desperate need of counseling, especially those whose parents seem to do nothing about their drunken behavior time and time again.

the reason why we are getting so much attention from this is becauseeee we area haddonfield teenagers, stuck up rich little brats who dont care about anybody but themselves. well guess what you all are wrong. haddonfield teens are the best kids ever. i didnt live here all my life and this stuff did happen in my old town. this stuff happens everywhere so dont go saying it doesnt because it does. so dont go pointing fingers just at us, point fingers at every town in the united states of america. this is so anoying. we know what happend was wrong and stupid. we also know that all these people pointing fingers at us are stupid also. why dont you go to some other town and leave us alone for once !!!!!

  61. eastwick Says: Jun 12 9:36 PM

The more I think about it, the more I realize that Haddonfield may be a bit of an anomaly. I grew up there and found the people, kids and adults, all to be a bit disillusioned. People don’t move or live in Haddonfield to confront the realities of life. No, the move their to take part in a sheltered society that offers safety, beauty, good education and Rockwellesque bike paths through through main street and Hopkin’s pond. These kids behavior is not new. The Freshman class isn’t extra bad. They are just as bad as other classes in Haddonfield, and it if it were true that this happened all over the place, then I can assure you it would have been on the news. Do you really think The Media is picking on Haddonfield. Really? Dude, they jerked off onto Teddy Bears. They don’t even do that in Newark. Its man bites dog in Haddonfield and until everyone realizes that the goal of the little society that has been created there is but a facade that will constantly be challenged by the inevitable rebels that childhood creates, well then, those people will continued to be shocked and irked when those children act out accordingly and equal to the amount of irresponsibility of the parents in creating a town that barely resembles the real world and fails to prepare the youth for adulthood. Latte anyone?

  62. mrs. benecke Says: Jun 15 6:23 PM

the kids took laxatives, brought super soakers, and fully premeditated this home invasion/destruction. on top of that, one girl thought it was so cool she brought a friend to see it the next day, which is how they got caught. now i’m all for urine soaked wall paper and upperdeckers, but what i will not stand for is destroyed china. any man who thinks they can just break dishes all willy nilly is a sick twisted individuals…or perhaps they are innovators! by defecating in the piano, they made the toilet obsolete. no longer will children resist potty training as beethoven can be played to move the crap through their intestines. the toilet, without its control over our bowel movements and urinary discharge, will become the new dishware of the future. i mean, in this day and age of ecofriendly green technology, isn’t recycling these old worthless pieces of porcelain what god wants?

  63. anonymous Says: Jun 18 2:18 PM

Who cares about Haddonfield? They don’t compare to some of the other outstanding schools in the region such as Moorestown, Shawnee, Cherokee, etc. I could care less about some spoiled small town with high schoolers acting out of control. It is the parents’ fault anyway.

  64. someone123 Says: Jun 20 1:51 PM

this whole thing is old. and everybody needs to move on and get over it.

  65. Anonymous Says: Sep 27 12:42 AM

How can you people be so up tight and judge kids from Haddonfield in such a sterotypical way. I am a graduate from there, and yes they party, and yes they can be animals, BUT THATS NOT ALL OF THEM IN THE SLIGHTIST if you ask me anyone who is talking about how rich and snobby Haddonfield kids are is ignorant and really needs to get to know some of the good kids that live there BECAUSE THE MAJORITY ARE GOOD KIDS!!! THere are just a couple partiers who get their face thrown in the paper BIG DEAl!!!
