Bob Brady: Da Da Da

Oh, yes, it’s on! Yesterday, Bob Brady announced he’ll be entering the race for mayor. Well, actually, he announced he will announce it Thursday, but, whatevs, same thing.

Since we don’t have any real new information yet — everyone knew he was going to enter — let’s take a look at something I, sadly, neglected to write about when it happened. Bob Brady has a blog. He has a blog on Young Philly Politics, one of the few political blogs that doesn’t make me want to tear my hair out. (That’s a compliment, guys, honest.)

Not only does Bob Brady have a blog, though, but he wrote this entry:

Hello everyone, Hope you all had a great holidays. I tried to write earlier, but I think I hit a wrong key and deleted myself, daaaaaa, my 9yr old granddaughter was not with me to help me, so I was in trouble…. I don’t get the chance to blog as much as I like to, had some time today because of the mummers cancellation. I have some tickets for the fancies today at 5pm at the convention center if anyone wants some, I will be there and can meet you at the door, it is a great show for all ages.

And this man wants to be our next mayor. Hot damn I love this city.
