Sentence Ryan Whiteoak, 33, of Philadelphia, received for running a marijuana courier service: 5 years, the mandatory minimum.

Maximum sentence Michael Dorfman, 44, will face in September for ATTEMPTING TO SELL MISSILES ILLEGALLY TO THE CHINESE: 5 years.
