Hooray For Hurricane!

Is this a somewhat sly local meteorologist attack ad? Also, are you allowed to get really excited about saying “hurricanes might hit Louisiana”? Isn’t that like saying “there might be war in the Middle East”?

    Where’s the black-and-white picture of Cecily Tynan getting out of the gym or something with the voice-over, “Cecily Tynan didn’t predict the deaths of hundreds in Louisiana. Now she can’t brag!”

    Is this serious? it IS NBC-could it not be some kind of joke promoting SNL or something? If it is real, should we expect a response from Fox, with Dorothy Krysiuk bragging about how she warned us that 76 would be backed up this morning?

    Isn’t prediciting alot of hurricanes in the earth’s current climate like predicting I will be hungry around noon and then later around dinner time?
