Just recently has our nation begin to trust white Irish Catholics again after the Oklahoma City bombing

Over the weekend in Bensalem there was a five-hour seminar aimed at speaking openly about race. A fine idea, I suppose. I mean, they could have all just gone to see Crash, but a seminar’ll do.

The reverend leading the group encouraged the people to speak up about their own prejudices and any racial incidents that made them uncomfortable. A cop responded:

“I still can’t bring myself to trust people who are Middle Eastern,” a cop said.

You know what’s scarier than that? The people who feel that way and don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. At least this dude is admitting it.
