New Jersey to be minus one Weedman soon The superhero to the potheads, whose legal name is Ed Forchion, has run for pretty much every offce in the state of New Jersey, actually taking fifth in the recent gubernatorial election. He’s tried to change his name to NJWeedman.com. And, naturally, he’s been arrested a few times due to his stance on the legalization of marijuana, as well as his love of smoking it out in the open. According to the Inky, the usually unemployed trucker decided to hightail it out of town for several reasons: He recently caused $6,000 of damages to his truck after hitting a deer (and then his transmission went), and his ex-wife was able to successfully deny him the right to visit his daughter. After all this turmoil, the Weedman is moving to southern California, where he’ll manage a cannibis club, delivering the oh-so-legal (well, kinda) reefer to the sick people who need it. No word if he’ll be changing the name of his official website, NJWeedman.com — which is excellent, by the way, complete with lots of different colors, typos, talk of revolution and odd rants about Howard Stern not listening to him — or his NJ Weedman Myspace profile. But we’d like to pour out this bong water on the curb and wish NJ Weedman a fond farewell. May you never have to face Alberto Gonzalez. NJ Weedman [Myspace] |

I’ll be back though. I want to come back with some cash.
