Boys will be boys A group in Philadelphia wants to open an all-boys charter school. Some people are angry. I see their point: it’s kind of unfair to open an all-boys school and not an all-girls one. (For his part, David Hardy, the man who wants to open the school, says he’d like to open an all-girls school if his all-boys school is approved.) But, I mean, come on. There are advantages and disadvantages to same-sex schooling — and I went to an all-boys (private) school myself — but there’s no need to discount it all together, as the people against the school seem to be saying. Ooh, an all-boys school that wants to teach Latin all four years and attempt to get kids into college, let’s fight tooth and nail to stop it! But, enough with that. Let’s get to my favorite portion in an earlier article on the subject:

Okay, I can’t make this fit into Apocalypse Philadelphia. I think it’s worth commenting on nonetheless.
I’m just glad it’s not “restrictive to” girls. those girls should feel free to do whatever they want.

HOW DO YOU THINK IT IS UNFAIR FOR THE FEMALES IN THE CITY TO OPEN UP AN ALL BOYS CHARTER SCHOOL THERE ARE LIKE 4 DIFFERENT GIRLS SCHOOL’S N THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA LET THE BOYS HAVE A CHANCE FOR ONCE..
I believe a all boys Charter school would work. with sterm men as teacher they could also be roll model for some that is being rised by single parent.We have a few of all girls school let give our young men a chance this time. It time to separate our young teens. And foundly get some kind of education and focus in the classroom and this time mybe it want be to much peer pressure on how we dress to inpress if all look the same it shouLd be no problem. I’m all for it, Maybe our score of pssa testing and other testing would arise and our young people can look forward to a better future. I’m all for a all boys charter school FOR BOYS. THIS WILL BE A POSTIVE MOVE, WITH POSTIVE PEOPLE INVOLVE!!!
