The Cosby court files Which isn’t a big deal, since it’s the National Enquirer, not the Inquirer or Daily News or Weekly World News. And, frankly, I don’t know if Cosby committed any crime or not, although he has been getting goofier with age — not that there’s anything wrong with it. Yesterday’s hearings dealt with the civil suit brought against Cosby by Andrea Constand, a former official with the Temple basketball team who alleges Cosby sexually assaulted her at his mansion in 2004. And now the Associated Press — who is maybe getting into the supermarket tabloid business? — and Constand are It’s all very, well, not juicy right now, but obviously if there is any weird Cosby news coming out of this upcoming civil case, we’ll be all over it.
