The mummer’s parade is by all accounts the oldest American Festival in this country. Unfortunately, many Philadelphia residents probably agree with Stu. The changes could focus on how this pagentry is marketed and funded. Instead of shrinking it even further, lets take the steps to bring national attention to this grand event.
